Track & Trace code
As soon as your parcel is ready, you will receive a Track & Trace code via email. After handover to Bpost, you will also receive the same code via the Bpost app or email. Your parcel is usually delivered the next working day. Haven't received the email? Please check your spam folder.

Delivery times

Shipping every other day, so your parcel usually arrives within 2-3 working days via Bpost (collection point/machine or home). Pre-orders will be delivered on the specified delivery date for the product.

Delays at Bpost, for example due to busyness or strikes, are beyond our control.

Due to higher Bpost prices, shipping rates will be adjusted from February 2026.
